Celebrating community heroes with a Beaver Tree ‘Makeover’.

Arbor Day has traditionally been about community plantings, and we embrace it as an opportunity to give back to our local communities. In 2023 we decided to celebrate a little differently and instead of planting trees with local schools we decided to run a Community Heroes giveaway. We asked our Facebook followers to nominate their community heroes for a Beaver Tree ‘Makeover’. Two very deserving winners were selected from the many nominations, Jackie Hill in Taupo and Lee Matson in Whanganui.
